What time should I arrive in Downtown Dubai on NYE?
Before 4pm if you are driving, and by 6pm at the latest for free viewing spots. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard and surrounding roads close in phases from 4pm.
Can I leave Downtown right after midnight on NYE?
Not quickly. Roads reopen gradually in the early hours. The metro is the realistic exit; it runs through the night.
