Downtown Dubai NYE: tables, viewing and access

In Downtown, choose your admission plan first: a restaurant booking, a ticketed event or an officially designated public viewing area. Being close to Burj Khalifa does not give access to every terrace or promenade.

This guide covers 31 December 2026, welcoming 2027. The final public-access and transport arrangements must come from the current official announcements.

Check Burj Park ticketing separately

For 31 December 2025, Emaar operated Burj Park as a paid event. Do not use it as the free option in your 2026 budget. Check Emaar for the current-season ticket and access policy; designated public viewing zones are separate.

If you book a restaurant

Get the table’s actual tower view, total package and arrival deadline in writing. Ask whether the venue will issue an admission badge or wristband, how to collect it and which entrance serves that booking.

Getting in and out

Previous-season closures began in phases during the afternoon, and station access could change with crowds. Do not treat last year’s clock times as this year’s permission to drive in. Plan around the venue’s route and the latest RTA and event instructions.

Keep your group together

Choose a meeting point before leaving, save the booking and access information on your phone, and allow for a longer walk. Confirm a workable accessible route when anyone in the group cannot use stairs or walk long distances.
