Questions venues ask

Do you take a commission on bookings?

No. Guests contact you directly on WhatsApp or phone, and you handle their reservation and payment. We charge the agreed seasonal listing fee with no commission on guest bookings.

Can we change our offer or prices after going live?

Yes, unlimited listing edits are included through your agreed season. Send the revised details and approval; we aim to publish complete, approved updates the same day. Changes to the purchased placement or promotional scope are agreed separately.

What do we need to provide?

Your offer for 31 December 2026: menu, prices and charges, seating times, children’s terms, cancellation terms, 3 to 5 authorised photos, the exact location and the correct booking WhatsApp and phone number. Use the submission form or send the details on WhatsApp. We prepare the page for your approval and aim to publish within 24 hours after receiving complete details, approval and package confirmation.

How do we know it worked?

Your January report shows your listing page views, your WhatsApp button taps and your call button taps as three separate numbers, month by month. These are counts of taps on our site, not verified messages, connected calls, unique guests or confirmed bookings. You can compare them with the booking records you keep. We do not guarantee traffic, search positions, enquiries or revenue.

How does the Google Ads add-on work?

You choose the amount. We build a Google Ads campaign for searches that match your night and area, and point every click at your listing page rather than the homepage. Your January report counts the visits that arrived on your page from the ads, and the WhatsApp and call taps made in those visits, next to your other page views. Clicks and cost are counted by Google Ads itself and can differ from the visits we count. It can be added to Listed, Featured or Top 5; the budget and dates are confirmed in your quote.

How are paid placements identified?

Featured and Top 5 placements, including the Best experiences row on the homepage, carry a Promoted listing label, and commissioned promotional features are identified as sponsored. Paying for prominence does not change factual category filters or your venue’s published offer. Read our editorial and verification policy.
