Meal format and drinks
Ask whether dinner is a set menu, buffet or sharing menu, when service starts and ends, and what dietary alternatives are available. Check the named drinks tier and any exclusions rather than treating “beverages included” as unlimited choice.
Seating and the countdown
Confirm the table category, indoor or outdoor location, and whether you stay seated for midnight. If the venue moves guests to another area, establish who can enter and whether there is enough accessible space for your group.
Deposit, access and arrival
Read the cancellation and no-show terms. Downtown restaurants may have event-specific admission arrangements; the venue should give instructions for any badge or wristband. Previous-year procedures are not a substitute for your current booking confirmation.
Compare one total
Put food, drinks, entertainment, compulsory charges and any table upgrade in a single quote. A per-person gala price and a redeemable table minimum are different arrangements.
