Dubai Metro on NYE 2026: service planning

Previous service is context, not this year’s timetable

For 31 December 2025 into 1 January 2026, RTA announced continuous Metro operation across the two days. The reported 43-hour service covered that previous season. Do not treat it as confirmation of 31 December 2026 service.

Check the timetable and station access

Use RTA’s current event announcement for operating hours. A line can be running while a particular station entrance is restricted or a station is temporarily closed because of crowds.

Choose a practical arrival and exit

Identify the station and permitted walking route that serve your venue. Check both directions and a fallback; the geographically nearest station may not be the one you are advised to use on the night.

Prepare before travelling

Check your Nol balance and ticket arrangements, save the route, and allow for queues. If you need step-free access or cannot walk far, confirm the route and assistance arrangements before choosing your venue.
