What our venue checks cover, how we use official sources, and how paid placement is identified.
Who is responsible
Viral.ae operates NewYearDubai.ae. Our role is to make venue offers and New Year planning information understandable, keep source dates clear, and correct inaccurate details. This guide is not an official city announcement channel.
The season covered by this guide is 31 December 2026, welcoming 2027. We use that full date where a year label could be confusing.
What “confirmed with venue” means
We check listed venue offers directly with the venue, including the published package details, entry prices, booking contact and the suitability information supplied for the listing. The current confirmed offers remain valid descriptions of what the venue has supplied.
A verification label does not reserve seats or fix availability for a future enquiry. Ask the venue to confirm your party’s ages, the final total, taxes and fees, drinks package, exact seating, deposit and cancellation terms before paying. Where a table’s fireworks view matters, confirm the view from that table rather than relying on the neighbourhood or a venue photograph.
“From” means the lowest displayed entry package, not that every seat or package costs that amount. We do not describe a waitlist or an enquiry as a completed booking.
City arrangements and source dates
For transport, road closures, fireworks programmes and access rules, we prioritise the responsible authority, attraction or event organiser. Source links and notes distinguish a current announcement from previous-season guidance.
A previous New Year timetable is useful planning context, but is not the confirmed timetable for 31 December 2026. Public viewing does not automatically mean free entry, unrestricted access, a reserved space or a guaranteed line of sight. We do not treat a venue’s confirmed dining offer as confirmation of wider city arrangements.
We show a review date when content is substantively checked or changed. A review date alone does not make historical source material a current announcement.
Paid listings and promotional placement
Venues can pay a flat seasonal fee for a listing and, depending on their package, priority placement or additional promotion. NewYearDubai.ae does not charge a commission on guest bookings. Priority placements are labelled Promoted listing; they reflect commercial listing packages, not an independent quality ranking. Commissioned promotional features are identified as sponsored.
A commercial listing package can affect prominence. It does not make a venue eligible for a factual filter it does not meet, change its area, create a fireworks view or establish that it is the best option for every guest. Comparisons should be read alongside each venue’s offer, your group’s needs and the disclosed placement.
Promotional features describe the participating venue and its offer; they are not independent reviews of a meal we have necessarily attended. We do not invent visits, ratings, guest reviews, availability, scarcity or audience figures. Relevant commercial relationships should be disclosed where the promotion appears.
Photos, comparisons and availability
Venue imagery illustrates the venue or supplied event offer. It is not, by itself, evidence of your table’s position or a guaranteed view on the night. Historical fireworks examples and general area advice are treated as planning information.
Categories are intended to help visitors compare a specific choice: budget, party type, venue type or neighbourhood. Where there are no current listings in a category, we say so and provide useful planning criteria rather than suggesting inventory exists.
Enquiry counts measure interactions with the site. They do not prove that a guest completed a booking or attended an event. The venue packages page explains what performance reports include.
Corrections and updates
To report a correction, send the page link, the inaccurate detail and, where possible, an official source or venue confirmation to hello@newyeardubai.ae or our WhatsApp team. We check the detail and update the affected page when a correction is warranted.
Venue operators can submit their offer or contact us with a change to an existing listing. Guests should resolve individual bookings directly with the venue. See about the guide and our privacy notice.
