What New Year’s Eve in Dubai costs: 211 offers analysed

Expect to pay from about AED 1,195 per person for New Year’s Eve dinner in Dubai. That was the typical starting price last season (31 December 2025), and half of all offers started between AED 625 and AED 1,800.
For 31 December 2026, 36 venues on our list have published a price so far, from AED 445 to AED 8,500. Most of them are hotels, so the middle price so far, AED 2,000, is likely to run high.
How we counted
We counted every New Year’s Eve offer in Time Out Dubai’s guide to 31 December 2025: 220 dinners, parties, brunches and galas, 211 of them with a published price. For each one we took the cheapest adult option, leaving out children’s prices and whole-table prices. The typical offer started at AED 1,195 per person.

One price can be compared like for like. Premium Seating at the Atlantis gala is AED 8,500 this season, against AED 6,500 announced for last season: about 31% more.

The area changes everything
Where you spend the night matters more than almost anything else. The typical Downtown offer started at AED 2,000, nearly six times the typical offer in Al Barsha.

What a view adds
Offers whose listing mentioned a view of the fireworks or a landmark started at a median AED 1,475. Offers that didn’t mention a view started at AED 1,000: roughly 48% more for the view.
Inside Downtown the gap disappears, because almost everything there is priced for the Burj Khalifa show. If you want the view for less, look at venues facing a show from further away, and check what each seating actually sees.
Drinks, tiers and the small print
Where a venue listed both, moving from a soft-drinks package to house beverages added a median AED 200 per person (40 venues).
Half the venues had more than one price. Their top option cost a median 1.6 times the cheapest, about AED 500 more, usually for a better seat, a better view or a drinks upgrade. The seat you pick changes the bill as much as the venue.
Almost a quarter of offers (23%) were a minimum spend rather than a fixed package: you pay at least that amount, redeemable against what you order. 36% listed a separate children’s price.
The cheapest and the most expensive
At the low end, Barasti sold general admission for AED 100 and Deck Se7en at Novotel Al Barsha offered AED 149 per person. At the top, The Cullinan at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab set an AED 8,000 minimum spend per person, and Ristorante L’Olivo at Al Mahara in the Burj Al Arab started at AED 7,000 with house beverages.

Calculate for the group you actually have
At the stated starting rates, two adult dinners are AED 500 at Vesna, AED 700 at OCCO Hessa or AED 1,980 at OCCO Business Bay, before any additional charges or extras that apply. Ask separately for children’s ages and package rules. All three are promoted listings on this site.
What belongs in the total
Include food and drinks, any compulsory taxes or service, shisha, table upgrades and transport. Clarify whether a quote is a set price per person or a minimum spend redeemable against purchases.
Protect the deposit
Read the cancellation deadline and no-show terms. Save the written quote and confirm the event date, seating and total with the venue.
