A dry venue serves no alcohol to anyone. A soft-drinks package at a licensed venue is different: the tables around you may still be served alcohol. The two venues above are dry venues.
Last New Year’s Eve (31 December 2025), where a venue listed both, moving from a soft-drinks package to house beverages added a median AED 200 per person. The figures are in our cost guide.
Both venues serve shisha. OCCO Hessa welcomes children. Vesna is a lounge and suits adults better. If smoke bothers you, ask where the shisha tables are.
Ask what the price covers: the food, the soft drinks, the seating time and any charge for shisha. Then ask for your total in writing.
