About one in six New Year’s Eve offers in Dubai started under AED 500 last New Year’s Eve (31 December 2025): 36 of the 211 priced offers we counted. The typical offer started at AED 1,195. The numbers are in our cost guide.
Two venues listed here start under AED 500 per person for 31 December 2026: Vesna from AED 250 and OCCO Hessa from AED 350. Both are promoted listings, and neither has a fireworks view. The other prices published for this season, lowest first, are in our New Year’s Eve dinner price list.

The cheapest areas were Al Barsha, where the typical offer started at AED 350, and Jumeirah Lakes Towers, at AED 524. Downtown was the dearest, at AED 2,000.
The lowest prices we found: Barasti sold general admission for AED 100, and Deck Se7en at Novotel Al Barsha offered AED 149 per person. Those are last season’s prices, not offers for this year.
Almost a quarter of last season’s offers were a minimum spend, not a fixed package. You pay at least that amount, and it counts against what you order. Ask which one you are being quoted.
Drinks, shisha and the ride home come on top. Ask for one total before you pay a deposit.
A dinner with no view keeps the bill down, and you can still see fireworks without a ticket. Last New Year’s Eve Emaar’s ten public viewing areas in Downtown were free, first come, first served. Burj Park was the paid area, at AED 997.50 per adult.
Do not plan a late dash from dinner to Downtown: last season the roads around Burj Khalifa closed in steps from 4pm. Our free viewing spots page names the areas.
