Find me a New Year brunchThere are two New Year brunches in Dubai, on two different days. One is on New Year’s Eve, Thursday 31 December 2026, in the daytime. The other is on New Year’s Day, Friday 1 January 2027.
1 January is a public holiday in the UAE. Neither brunch includes the midnight countdown unless the venue says so.

Ask when service ends and when the table must be given back. If you have a dinner somewhere else that night, check the route between the two.
Last New Year’s Eve (31 December 2025) the roads around Burj Khalifa closed in steps from 4pm, and JBR was closed to private cars from 4pm under RTA’s plan.
Ask for the opening time on 1 January, the kitchen hours and the last seating. A venue’s ordinary hours do not tell you what it does on a holiday morning.
Last season, on 1 January 2026, the metro was timetabled to run until 11:59pm and public parking was free, except multi-storey car parks and Al Khail Gate N-365. Our guide to restaurants on New Year’s Day has the rest.
A brunch is usually sold as a package with a drinks tier. Last season, where a venue listed both, moving from soft drinks to house beverages added a median AED 200 per person, and 36% of offers listed a separate children’s price.
Send the date, your group size, the children’s ages and the time you want to arrive. Ask for the full price and the cancellation terms in the same message.
