Get a vessel-specific quote
Request the vessel name, usable guest capacity, covered and open seating, toilets and boarding arrangements. Confirm the included crew and whether the boat shown in the photos is the one you are booking.
Check the hours and route
Ask for boarding, departure and return times, the intended viewing area and the procedure if authorities change the route. Avoid a plan that depends on catching several distant shows at exactly midnight.
Put the whole group in the price
For a private charter, confirm whether catering, drinks, fuel and any extra hours are included. For a shared party, check age limits, food service, music and whether you have a reserved seat.
Agree what happens if plans change
Read the cancellation and weather terms before paying. Tell the operator about children or mobility needs, and confirm how your group reaches the berth and leaves after the sailing.
