What an entry ticket buys
Ask when doors open, when entry closes and whether you can come back in if you step out. Ask whether the ticket includes a drink or only the door.
How a table minimum works
A minimum spend means you pay at least that amount, and it counts against what you order. Ask how many guests the table admits, where it stands and what an extra guest costs.
Getting home after midnight
Last New Year’s Eve the metro was timetabled to run without a break from 5am on 31 December 2025 to 11:59pm on 1 January 2026. More than 14,000 taxis were in service, the official plan said.
Some streets were closed to ride-hailing cars: at JBR they were barred from the main road between 11pm and 1am. Agree a meeting point with your group before the night.
No official plan for 31 December 2026 is out yet: no road closures, metro hours, beach rules or list of fireworks locations. Last season the plan came on 26 December 2025. We update this page the day it is out.
