Atlantis, The Palm on New Year’s Eve 2027: the gala, ticket prices and fireworks

Atlantis, The Palm has announced its New Year 2027 gala for Thursday 31 December 2026. Katy Perry headlines the Under The Stars Gala Dinner, tickets start at AED 8,500 for guests aged 14 and above, and Atlantis promises a midnight fireworks show across Atlantis Dubai and the Palm.
Not announced yet: what time Katy Perry goes on stage, when the gala ends, and any road or Monorail plan for the Palm that night. We update this page when they are.

Prices as shown on Atlantis’s own page. The press reports them as starting prices. The page does not say whether VAT, service charge or booking fees are included.
Careful with “from AED 6,500”. That figure on the ticket page is the child price in Premium Seating. The lowest adult price is AED 8,500.
The two VIP Sky Suites are AED 250,000 (Aurora) and AED 400,000 (Celestial) on Atlantis’s page. Gulf News reports those as starting prices for up to 10 guests; Atlantis’s page does not say how many guests a suite holds. Suites are booked by enquiry, not through the ticket buttons.
Our Atlantis, The Palm listing carries the same gala price. It is an open listing: we have not checked the details with Atlantis.
What a ticket includes
Every ticket includes Champagne on arrival, the gala dinner buffet and the live entertainment, Atlantis says. The buffet has lobster, caviar, sushi and live cooking stations.
The seats differ mainly by where you sit. Premium Seating is on the main floor. Rouge Circle is sold on its view of the stage. Golden Circle is in front of the stage and adds premium Champagne, caviar and unlimited white truffle service.
Atlantis’s page promises Champagne on arrival with every ticket. It does not promise an open bar, so ask before you book.
Katy Perry performs outdoors, and a 30-piece live band plays through the evening, Gulf News reports.
Children of all ages are admitted, and a kids’ area at the Asateer Tent has games, activities and entertainment.
Atlantis calls the dress code glamorous: an evening dress or gown for women, and a long-sleeved collared shirt, long trousers or smart jeans and closed shoes for men. UAE national dress is welcome.
Staying at Atlantis, The Palm or Atlantis The Royal over New Year’s Eve? You must book either the gala or one of the resorts’ restaurant experiences, on top of the room. A minimum stay applies, and Atlantis does not say how many nights.
Not the gala? New Year’s Eve dinner at a restaurant inside Atlantis, The Palm starts at AED 1,350 per adult (Ayamna, Saffron and Kaleidoscope), with ages 4 to 13 at AED 675. Atlantis does not say which restaurants can see the fireworks.
What time does the gala start?
Do not plan around one start time yet. Gulf News, The National and Khaleej Times all report a 6pm start, with canapés and welcome drinks. The ticket page that Atlantis links to shows doors at 7pm. Atlantis’s own page gives no time.
Ask when you book, and arrive for the earlier time. The fireworks are at midnight.
Atlantis The Royal on New Year’s Eve
Atlantis The Royal, the second Atlantis Dubai resort, has its own New Year’s Eve dinners at five restaurants. They are separate from the gala. Atlantis says the evening there includes “iconic fireworks”, and it does not say which tables can see them.

The fireworks, and who can see them
This season Atlantis says the show runs across Atlantis Dubai and the Palm. Gulf News and the ticket page describe it as stretching from Atlantis, The Palm to Atlantis The Royal.
Last New Year’s Eve (31 December 2025) the fireworks ran from Atlantis, The Palm to Atlantis The Royal, Gulf News reported the next day, going by Atlantis’s press release. The Dubai Media Office named Atlantis The Royal among the key fireworks locations.
Is there a free place to watch? No official source names one, for last season or this one. Gulf News wrote last season that the Atlantis fireworks are visible along Palm Jumeirah’s Boardwalk and nearby beaches, and that access to the Palm is usually controlled later in the evening. It gave no times and did not say those places are free.
Not every Palm table can see Atlantis. Ask the venue what you see from your own seat. Our Palm Jumeirah page lists the venues we know of on the Palm.
The Pointe is not a viewing spot
Do not plan on The Pointe. In May 2023 its owner, Nakheel, gave the tenants 12 months’ notice so the site could be redeveloped, and the fountain closed on 15 May 2023. Nakheel’s old web page for The Pointe now leads to its home page, and the Palm Monorail’s station list has no stop there.
Getting there and back
The Palm Monorail is the only public transport on the Palm, its operator says. On its ordinary timetable the last train leaves Gateway at 9:45pm and Atlantis at 10pm, well before midnight. The Palm Monorail has not announced late trains for 31 December 2026 yet. The ticket page tells gala guests to take the Monorail to the Atlantis Aquaventure stop and says nothing about the way back.
The line was shut for maintenance for about six months in 2026 and reopened in July. Whether it ran late last New Year’s Eve is not established.
Last season the Dubai Tram, which stops at Palm Jumeirah station by the Palm’s entrance, was scheduled to run from 6am on 31 December 2025 to 1am on 2 January 2026. From the tram stop you walk to the Monorail’s Palm Gateway station, which has more than 1,600 parking spaces.
Last season’s official road closure list named Downtown roads and Sheikh Zayed Road, and no Palm road. The list was not complete, so that is not a promise of open roads.

Last season’s prices are the ones announced in August 2025, as reported by Gulf News and Khaleej Times.
Each of the three seats is AED 2,000 dearer than the price announced for last season. For Premium Seating that is about 31% more.
Two days before last New Year’s Eve, Gulf News listed the gala from AED 6,900 per adult. About 4,000 guests attended, the paper reported from Atlantis’s press release.

How much are Atlantis New Year’s Eve gala tickets?
For 31 December 2026, Atlantis’s own page shows Premium Seating at AED 8,500, Rouge Circle at AED 10,500 and Golden Circle at AED 14,500 per person aged 14 and above. Children aged 4 to 13 pay AED 6,500 in Premium Seating and AED 7,500 in Rouge Circle. In US dollars the three adult seats are about USD 2,310, USD 2,860 and USD 3,950, at the dirham’s fixed rate of 3.6725 to the dollar.
Is Atlantis New Year 2027 on 31 December 2026?
